Our background is in construction and our specialty is structural and foundation repair thus giving us an edge on the competition for this market.
Multi-Family and Commercial Residential Projects consist of condominium conversions and 1-4 unit new construction projects. These mid-term projects generally have 12 -24 month durations and generate ROI's between 50-75% on your investment. Our market is low-cost housing neighborhoods in strategic markets where a potential bubble exists at the top end of the neighboring markets. We renovate for multi-unit housing complexes and then under-cut current market prices for quick sale to facilitate rapid investment return.
